The penguins , if colored need to fall to their similar colored targets in order to get chromatized and if there are multiple colored sets of penguins and targets then you'd have to order them in terms of leverage of cutting off of the wires. If you're stuck with two of the same colour and the target also the same color this is a difficult section you need to time the fall of both penguins so that they land together and are chromtized.
